Cohorts launch when 5 commit

1 in 33 million. That's the math.

The odds of someone else having your exact Top 5 in the same order — smaller than the population of California. We treat that as data, not poetry.

✦ What This Actually Is

Mastery of all 34 themes — and how they work together.

Most strengths work stops at "here are your Top 5." Designed for Transformation™ goes past that — into the full spectrum of all 34 talent themes. How they amplify, complete, friction, and confuse each other in you. How they show up in the people around you. The kind of mastery most people only encounter through a coach — built into a four-week cohort, with Nandy walking you through it live.

✦ The Four-Week Curriculum

Same rhythm every week. A new layer of mastery.

Each week opens up another domain — Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building, Strategic Thinking. By Week 4, you can read any CliftonStrengths® profile across all 34 themes — yours, your team's, your family's — at the depth a professional coach would.

— Week One — Foundations · Full Spectrum

The Executing Domain

"The shadow of this domain is not laziness. It is control — the drive to deliver that becomes a drive to dominate when stakes rise."

What this session does

We start with the five interaction types — the framework you'll use the rest of the way: Superchargers, Complements, Friction Pairings, Commonly Confused With, and the "Huh" Moment. Then we go deep on the Executing themes: Achiever, Arranger, Belief, Consistency, Deliberative, Discipline, Focus, Responsibility, Restorative.

You'll learn the difference between the internally motivated Executing themes (Achiever, Belief, Deliberative, Discipline, Focus) and the externally motivated ones (Consistency, Responsibility) — and why that distinction changes everything about what each person needs to function at full strength.

✦ The Work in Week One
  • The Five Interaction Types — the framework that organizes everything else
  • The 9 Executing Themes — deep dive: drive, shadow, supercharger pairings
  • Profile Mapping — read your own Executing themes against the others in your Top 10

By the end of week one, you stop seeing themes as labels and start seeing them as forces — each one with its own direction of energy, its own gravity, its own way of pulling on the others.

— Week Two — Voice · Presence · Movement

The Influencing Domain

"Command and Self-Assurance don't need the room's approval to operate. Competition, Significance, Woo, and Communication need input from the world to calibrate."

What this session does

The eight Influencing themes: Activator, Command, Communication, Competition, Maximizer, Self-Assurance, Significance, Woo. We go past the surface ("these are the loud ones") into the actual mechanics — what each one is trying to do, what amplifies it, what completes it, and which themes look identical from the outside but operate on completely different wiring underneath.

Critical distinctions covered: Command vs Self-Assurance, Activator vs Achiever, Communication vs Woo, Maximizer vs Achiever. These misidentifications are where most amateur strengths conversations go wrong — and getting them right is what separates surface knowledge from real fluency.

✦ The Work in Week Two
  • The 8 Influencing Themes — drive, shadow, supercharger and friction pairings
  • Internal vs External Motivation — what each Influencer needs to operate at full strength
  • The Confusion Map — distinguishing themes that look alike but aren't

By the end of week two, you can listen to someone for thirty seconds and start mapping which Influencing themes are firing — and which one they're misidentifying in themselves.

— Week Three — The Relational Infrastructure

The Relationship Building Domain

"This is the most externally motivated domain in the framework. All nine themes here need other people to function at their best."

What this session does

The nine Relationship Building themes: Adaptability, Connectedness, Developer, Empathy, Harmony, Includer, Individualization, Positivity, Relator. This domain is the trust, belonging, and relational infrastructure that organizations and families run on — usually without anyone naming it. We teach you to name it.

You'll learn why a Relationship Builder in a transactional environment isn't underperforming — they're operating without fuel. You'll learn the difference between Empathy (feeling what others feel) and Individualization (seeing what makes each person different) — two themes that look identical but produce completely different conversations. And you'll see how Relationship Building themes amplify or constrain everything else in someone's profile.

✦ The Work in Week Three
  • The 9 Relationship Building Themes — drive, gap-filling complements, friction pairings
  • The Absence Test — what it looks like when these themes aren't in someone's Top 10
  • Reading Someone Else's Profile — apply the framework to a person you live or work with

By the end of week three, the relational dynamics in your home, your team, your community stop feeling like personality conflicts. They start looking like design patterns — and design patterns are something you can actually work with.

— Week Four — The Thinkers · Integration

The Strategic Thinking Domain

"They process alone and rarely make their thinking visible. The most common complaint about them: they think too much and act too little."

What this session does

The eight Strategic Thinking themes: Analytical, Context, Futuristic, Ideation, Input, Intellection, Learner, Strategic. This is the most internally motivated domain — every theme here processes alone, doesn't need an audience, and is easy to overlook in team settings. You'll learn the moves that make their thinking visible to people who need to benefit from it.

Then we integrate. Week 4 pulls all four domains together into a working profile-reading framework. You'll leave with a way of looking at any CliftonStrengths® report — your own or someone else's — that you didn't have before. Not a script. A lens. The kind of fluency that lets you understand the people in your life at the depth their wiring deserves.

✦ The Work in Week Four
  • The 8 Strategic Thinking Themes — drive, the visibility problem, complements
  • Cross-Domain Interactions — how themes interact across all four domains, not just within
  • The Profile Read — your final synthesis: a framework you'll use the next day with the people in your life

Four weeks ago, you knew your Top 5. Today you know how your Top 10 actually works — and you can see what most people miss in theirs. That's the level of fluency this is built for.

✦ What You Walk Out With

Fluency. Not just information.

"You'll see CliftonStrengths® at the depth professional coaches use it."

— 01 —

A new way to read profiles

Yours and others'. You'll stop seeing CliftonStrengths® as a list of labels and start seeing it as a system of forces — themes amplifying, completing, and frictioning each other. The same depth a coach reads with, applied by you, the next day, with the people in your life.

— 02 —

The four domain guides

Lifetime access to the complete Designed for Transformation™ library — every one of the 34 themes covered across four dimensions: what it is, how it shifts by domain, how it interacts with other themes, and the "Huh" Moment that reframes it. Reference material you'll keep returning to.

— 03 —

Practical fluency

You won't just know more — you'll see more. Conversations with your team, your kids, your partner, your colleagues will start landing differently. You'll catch friction before it escalates. ✦ Who This Is Built For

People ready for mastery.

This is for people who want the full picture, not just the highlight reel. Whether you've never taken CliftonStrengths® before or you've been working with your Top 5 for years — Designed for Transformation™ takes you all the way through the full spectrum, with Nandy walking the cohort step by step.

For The Self-Aware

You want to understand yourself at depth

"I know my Top 5. I want to know what they're actually doing."

For people who've spent time with CliftonStrengths® and feel like they're still scratching the surface. You want to see your themes in motion — how they amplify, where they constrain each other, why some combinations show up loud and others stay quiet. The kind of self-knowledge that makes the next decision clearer.

For The Connected

You want to read the people around you

"My team has CliftonStrengths® results. Now what?"

For managers, parents, partners, and leaders who already see the value in CliftonStrengths® and want to use it with the people in their lives. Not as a label-maker — as a lens. You'll learn to read other profiles the way a coach would, so the people you guide can live from their wiring instead of fighting it.

For The Curious

You want fluency, not facts

"I want the depth coaches use — without becoming a coach."

For people who love this framework and want to operate it at a higher resolution. You're not looking for certification or a career change. You want the kind of working knowledge that lets you apply CliftonStrengths® instinctively — in conversations, decisions, hiring, parenting, conflict. The fluency that turns information into intuition.

✦ How the Interest List Works

Cohorts launch when 5 people commit. Not before.

We don't run cohorts to a fixed schedule. We run cohorts to a fixed quality bar — 5 to 10 committed people, ready at the same time. Smaller cohort. Deeper work. Honest scarcity.

— Step 01 —

You save your spot

Add yourself to the interest list. No payment yet — just a signal that you're ready when a cohort opens. We'll keep you posted as the next cohort fills.

— Step 02 —

We hit the threshold

When 5 people have signed up, we email everyone on the list with proposed cohort dates. You confirm and pay your $599 to lock your seat. Cohorts cap at 10 — first to confirm fills first.

— Step 03 —

Cohort begins

We send you full CliftonStrengths® 34 assessment access (included in your $599). You take it before Week 1, then the domain guides land in your inbox. Show up to Session One with your full spectrum already mapped. Four weeks later, you read profiles at a depth most people never reach.

✦ Save Your Spot

Four weeks. The full spectrum.

"Mastery is in the full spectrum — all 34 themes, working together, working in the people around you. Four weeks. That's how long this takes."

$599 All-Inclusive · Assessment Included · Launches at 5 Committed
